"How to Become a Member of the Seoul Financial Forum"

The Seoul Financial Forum (SFF) was founded in October 2001 by a group of scholars, policymakers and professionals with interest and expertise in finance, as well as abiding concern for the continued success of the Korean economy. The primary purpose of the SFF is to contribute to Korea's sustainable development by helping Korean finance upgrade itself to global standards.

To become an individual member of the Seoul Financial Forum, the applicant, regardless of nationality, must be recommended for membership by a current member of the SFF. Once recommended, the individual shall submit his/her application form (or curriculum vitae) to the SFF secretariat, which will then forward the application (CV) to the SFF Membership Committee for review of the applicant’s membership qualifications. Upon approval of membership, the new member shall pay an annual membership fee of KRW 300,000, after which, he/she may participate in a variety of activities held by the SFF free of charge.

apartmentInstitutional (Corporate) Membership

To become an institutional member of the Seoul Financial Forum, the institution must be invited by a present member of the SFF or its secretariat. Once invited, the institution shall submit a membership application form to the SFF secretariat and pay an annual membership fee of KRW 5,000,000, after which, five executives, including the head of the institution, may take part in a variety of activities held by the SFF free of charge.
